Enrolled my toddler child in services here with Alexis. Initially I was informed of the therapy process being something more parentally involved. The communication was lacking and sessions involved my 3 year old going back alone. When I reached out to request documentation of sessions and recaps/notes of behaviors for my minor child I was denied.
