Just a word of warning. I've been waiting 3 months on an overpayment refund. Desert Radiology uses a third party to deal with billing and the company is a clownshow. I've had my insurance and their billing on conference calls 4 times so far. Even though my insurance has paid, they still claim my billing is currently "processing" the claims. I tried calling the main office. Left a message with the manager who handles billing. No return call. If you have a choice, pick a medical imaging company who can do things professionally... read more

My 1st time there, & my 1st time for a mammogram with sonogram & also an MRI of my head. They moved me along quickly, nice staff, clean place at the Palomino location. I would have liked to have an appt faster tho for the 2 locations closest to my house.
Wonderful staff in all areas! They accommodated my time situation and were very gentle with me. Great place to get a biopsy!

Great service at the Centra Point Location! Your ultrasound tech, Rona Hernandez is amazing she is beyond helpful and has helped not only my dad for his kidney ultrasounds but now my mom too! She always has a kind smile on her face! And your front desk girl, I believe her name is Iyvette (but she goes by Iva/ Eva) she was superb! We needed images for my mom of a 3D MRI and 3D Mammo which you guys don’t do because it’s too many images and films!
