terrible service. on hold over an hour last two days trying to book mri on head and back. called and pressed option that I was a doctor. holly answered and said average wait time is over 20 minutes and transferred me back on hold. I will ask my doctor to send me somewhere else. Hire more staff you are losing money.

Desert Radiology DOES NOT do MRIs on patients with pacemaker/ Defibrillator. This information IS NOT LISTED ON WEBSITE. D.R. has not even made an official announcement to HCP so that it is common knowledge. I HAVE TO INFORM HCP myself. I love the staff at D.R. but their scheduling and Information Systems are the worst I have ever dealt with.
