Things aren't all peachy keen and sunshine if you have to deal with this office on a Saturday. The staff (Karen) like to giggle on the phone while you are attempting to resolve an issue. Of course this triggered a request to speak with a supervisor and - guess what? There IS NO SUPERVISOR on Saturday to handle anything that the inept office staff can't do - which is a lot, evidently. The staff in the back that does testing is great but I have had irritating service from the people that run the phones and patient check in. I had two tests one day and they failed to remind me I had to be in early for one so I missed it. So I needed to reschedule one. Had x-ray another day and they couldn't find fax from my nurse. Had another x-ray which are walk in basis, and their system was down. They were not prepared to handle it and seemed rude.didn't tell me to stay or go home. The staff was superb, The wait wasnt long at all. I didnt have an appointment ,I was a walk in. Very friendly
Good service, very professional staff. From check in to results, everything excellent.
