Shirley at the Eastern office was very rude to my daughter. She refused to talk to the insurance rep my daughter had on her cell phone. My daughter called me crying, so I called Keith Mosley, the office manager and left a message. I then called this Shirley and she was rude to me also. I was surprised when Mr Mosley returned my called and apologized and said that Shirley would be reprimanded for her behavior.I told her she needs to take customer service classes and learn to have more compassion for patients.
