Front desk was horrible and extremely lazy. With the billing codes on the prescription still unclear of what xrays needed to be done. I clearly described the problem with my back which was written on the prescription cervical,thoracic, and lumbar. It was unfortunate, I thought Desert Rad was one of the top but with people watching the clock customer service is cleary not important.
