The doctors here are really great but the male receptionist with a sort of Indian accent is going to run this place to the ground. I’m pretty sure his name is Alex. I have been dealing with him for the past year because every time he calls me back he asks me for the same things I have already provided which are my health insurance and the referral. He keeps trying to schedule me for an intake appointment however, I’ve already done intake I’m waiting for an evaluation. I think I have dislexia and it’s affecting my daily life ... read more
This whole experience regarding before and after the intake process was cringy and awkward to say the least👎🏽 To be a psychiatric office, these ppl are VERY dismissive, judgmental, passive-aggressive, and seem to need more psychiatric help and evaluating for themselves, than me and my son do... I came here hoping to be heard and understood; my son needs psychiatric testing done. I love this place. Desert Psych has been so kind to me and they are very efficient at getting the help I needed. The cash pay is reasonable and the availability of therapists was flexible for my schedule. As a military person I trust this organization with my wellbeing and with my family's wellbeing as well.
They’ve helped me grown so much as a person i love their services . Natalie is a GREAT person! I recommend letting her help you !
