They don’t properly train their employees to correctly schedule. I got put on the books in Reno when the doctor was in So Cal at the Rancho Mirage location. Total waste of time and money. Took off work for nothing, drove 2 hours to be told it was a mixup. Very unprofessional!!!
Doctor Marcincus is a true professional and does an excellent job. His office staff could not be more helpful or friendly. Would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a plastic surgeon.
Waited 2.5 years to redeem groupon due to being turned away at the door 3 times. Not to mention having to drive an hour each way to get there. Finally saw Dr. Martinkus in Reno for botox last Friday. Was immediately bombarded with upsell for several more procedures, which I politely refused but I promised I'd look into. He gave me 3 injections of "Botox" into my frown and he was done with me. Dr Rim made me feel as comfortable as I could be. His staff is very friendly and pretty ladies. Office is so warm and cozy just the way I felt as soon I walked in.
