My partner and I were recently viewing some properties in La Pine. We came across Deborah and she was pretty responsive at first until it came to processing our application fee. I was having an issue using the portal since it wasn’t supporting my bank. After paying almost 85$ in fees for both mine and my partners application we never got a response back. Deborah was an extremely unresponsive landlord. For months went without responding to our messages. She refused to give an itemized receipt for deposit on move out. Quite frankly a confrontational lady; I would suggest renting with another group in town.
