I’ve been a client at Desert Pearl for 10 years but have just recently fired them. I walked in last week and the first thing they told me was to sanitize my hands and put on a mask. No problem with that except their rude tone, then they handed me the bill BEFORE I had any services. The bill had services on it that I didn’t want, need or ask for.
