The women are trolls it’s a new manager every so many months . The few with amazing customer service get passed around which in return we get someone new that acts like they own the building or are in a race for employee of the month lol they dont offer incentives for the ones that have put up with the overturn of employees for years which bring headaches as well. As soon as my lease is up I’m out this place!
I have an Outstanding Review for the New Professional Staff for this Property! We had visited so many of the Properties In the neighboring area. After a long 5 week search we returned one more time before making our final decision. We met The New Team, and with all the wonderful upgrades, We must give the New Professional Staff In The End that made us feel so important and provided for all our special needs! ♥️ Desert Peaks Is Now Home for A Family Member!
I was in a lot of financial trouble and they understood 100% and helped me out and listened while providing me with all my options rather than saying it’s up to you. 100% I am still going to continue living here!!!!!!!

Great location, close to everything I need on Mesa. It’s a quiet place so I’m happy with my apartment. New manager is super nice, I see a good change coming.
These are the worst apartments ever. There dog shit left all over. They don't come do repairs when needed. The dumpster is always overflowing with trash! There abandoned vehicles in parking lots!
