I typically don’t leave reviews but in this circumstance I feel compelled. I’m truly impressed with how the management team handles any maintenance related issues or questions. Joie was such a pleasure to speak with and she made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner.
Love it here! Decent size units that are upgraded. Friendly and welcoming management and maintenance. Hidden desert gem!
My wife and I have lived here for two years now and if we weren’t moving to a different state we would stay for another 2! The office staff is always nice and helpful and maintenance is always prompt and efficient.
Called for information. Staff was rude over the phone as soon as they picked up the call and they were not professional.
Tracy made it impossible to apply for a unit, doesn’t know how her application system works, and the PM Joey is impossible to reach. Was looking forward to living here, but glad I avoided the mess that would have came with it. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to process my application. Community looks great, hopefully the management can match.
