I’m writing this review out of deep concern for the safety and health of residents at Desert Park Apartments. Almost every night between 3:00 and 5:00 a.m., there are loud noises, yelling, and disturbances near his building— sometimes even gunshots. There’s no visible security presence at night, and there are no cameras around the property. People gather near the stairs and parking area to smoke constantly, and the smoke (often strong chemical odors that resemble drugs) drifts directly into nearby apartments. They have literal prisoners living here. Me and my little sister can’t even be comfortable in our own home. We pay way too much for this horrid property. Me, my mom, my little sister, and grandma have stayed here for 2 going on 3 years and I’ve never felt so unsafe living at an apartment in my life. People break into the laundry rooms and sleep there. The washers work fine but the management never ever fixes the dryers. DO NOT move here! If you’re smart you will stay away from these apartments.
Terrible place to live in cockroaches problem, loud neighbors during night time , Dog poop all over the grounds , also they don't give you your full deposit back they will say that there are missing screens or something when in the first place they did not have all of them in place also they will charge for cleaning service when you already pay for it before giving your keys back . I did not have a good experience living in there .
