Terrible place to live in cockroaches problem, loud neighbors during night time , Dog poop all over the grounds , also they don't give you your full deposit back they will say that there are missing screens or something when in the first place they did not have all of them in place also they will charge for cleaning service when you already pay for it before giving your keys back . I did not have a good experience living in there .

Terrible neighbors that blast their music and trash the property. Kids are annoyingly loud and leave a mess. There is no property manager on site and there is a roach problem from dirty tenants. Rent jumps up frequently and check crimemapping.com before you think about renting in this area.
HORRIBLE place!!! Bad plumbing, owners don’t care to fix anything, and rude people. The kids like to break stuff outside and knock on peoples doors. NO parking, broken gate. No heater or AC.
