You consistently have bad reviews, a lot are about the same issues and yet you still continue to make no improvements whatsoever. And honestly where do you find your maintenance guys and are they even qualified to work in maintenance? Because the maintenance guy at Green Acres, for one, is just god awful at his job and, for two, he literally created another problem while fixing a different problem on two separate occasions. they have a property manager named dawn that manages sundance village and rhey actually had the nerve to deny us a handicap ramp into our apt (my husband is whellchair bound) they claim the never recieved the paperwork, they approached my 10 ur old daughter and accused her of graffiti because she was using sidewalk chalk which washes off with water. they have recieved multiple work orders and wont fix anything properly, there are roaches and bed begs everywhere.... please replace dawn. her own staff tell the residents that s... read more
Extremely unprofessional and unethical company. The company is poorly managed from the top executives to the managers onsite. The company will endanger members of its community without regard for the safety or health of its tenants.
Stout management does not help their tenants at their apartments, you keep putting in work orders and they do not ever contact the tenants to fix these problems. You have to contact Tenants Rights on these Slum Lords on this place. They take your money but don’t keep their property’s livable.Sandra and Jasmin the Office managers do not do their jobs. All Tenants at The Cottages in Las Vegas NV are not happy. Fire Sandra and Jasmin they are not doing their jobs.
This company promised me over 700 in rent reimbursement for 2 air conditioning units i purchased back in june.. since MY APARTMENT HAD ZERO Air all summer long ... Diane Presser Is a LIAR I sent in all the recipets and now they tell me nothing will be refunded we even went on the news ... No one wants to answer my emails, it's been 3 months and we we're supposed to get our washer fixed. Maintenance came by several times and still doesn't work. I think this is the only way to get their attention, I been here almost 3 years I saw they got rid of carpeting and put in some type of wood floors, I asked how to get wood floors and still no answer, also the hot tub by our apartment hasn't worked since we moved in, we choose the location of our apartment for the dog park, pool and hot tub! And we can't use any of it!
