On the day of unpresidented layoffs in Las Vegas with no end in sight Stout raises rents. Utility companies are working with people to reduce Bills and they're raising rents. No longer getting my internet included for $60 but I still have to pay that fee PLUS an increase?!?!?! That is crazy. a 150 a month rent increase is ridiculous for a tenant of over 7 years.
They don’t have the ability to walk a property and make sure that it is secure, sanitary, or that the amenities work. It’s confusing that a property management company can’t manage a property that well.
This company is trash. They do not reply to emails. Update: Fellow renters you can clearly see they do not reply to emails. Nor do they return phone calls. Steer clear of this rental agency. They are nothing but trash. Will never amount to anything more than a low class rental agency. No matter how much they try.
