I can't say I've had a pleasant experience. My sister got bit by a neighbor's dog twice at the dog park and had to go to the emergency room, when this was brought to Christina's attention at first she said she would check the camera's they have at the dog park to see what happened and help us see where the neighbor lived. Next thing she comes back and let's me know they cannot assist in any way, their cameras don't work and they cannot help us anymore. all of a sudden their cameras don't work and she just washed her hands of... read more
Maria Angulo was the person who helped us! Our first experience visiting the park was crazy but Maria was nice enough to bail us out. She has been incredible throughout the process of purchasing our very first home. Communication was excellent and I would recommend anyone who is considering the park to find Maria! Thank you again and my wife and son are very excited to start our new life at Desert Palms.
I LOVE living in Desert Sky Senior park! Management and maintenance team are so nice, keep everything so nice and address any concerns or issues professionally and are so friendly. I love my unit and have never felt so at home!! Very highly recommended for retirement or for anyone seeking a wonderful place to live!!
This is the place to stay. The manager Christina and her assistant Ashley makes you feel welcome. The manager shows concern for her tenants especially the seniors just what this place needed. If they ever leave so will we because CARE is important and Christina gives all that and more. The maintenance Mr. Joe and his crew are doing a wonderful job at getting these places together thanks for all you are doing. Living here is very comfortable.
Christina the manager does a very good job communicating park info and is very helpful with the entire process. She also has a very high standard for her park and has and continues to implement plans to further make the park more aesthetic. Ashley her assistant is also very pleasant, helpful and very informative. The parks maintenance gentlemen do a very good job along with being very timely.
