Property is run by a manager who is never here. She hired a leasing manager “part time” who is also NEVER here! When you have to make a complaint about disruptive, violent neighbors… management tells you there’s nothing they can do so you’ll have to call the cops. When you do and are physically assaulted by those said people, TPD tells you there’s nothing they can do even though they were shown evidence. I would give this a zero if I could. By far the worst place I've ever lived. Some residents may luck out and get a good building but some of the buildings are utterly infested with bed bugs and roaches. And the owner will not inform you if your neighbors have them, so when they eventually climb through the walls and infest your unit she'll blame you and make you pay for all the extermination. The owner is extremely cool. She's taking good care of her tenants and making sure the community is drama free. Maintenance guy is very good at what he does. They're very quick to take care of any problems you have. The design of the units are very smart. No long hallways wasting the space you pay for. I do enjoyed living here because quite quietly not to pay attention to homeless. Yes homeless come and forward really annoying I just ignore not to give anything they asked. I feel secured because I seen the landlord and maintenance walk around on property. I don’t have no problem living here love that multi size that prefect fit for my furniture thanks god not crowds in small apartment and prefect for one person or couples. One of the worst places in Tucson. Definitely the worst place I've ever stayed. Management is careless about any and all situations going on in their complex. Bug infested apartments that are poorly worked on. Spaces between the base boards and walls, missing grout in the bathroom tile, and filthy apartments. Clearly a maintenance crew who has no idea what they are doing and a manager who is okay with having these workers in their building.
