Rude as hell no going back rude rude rude
I've had nothing but a great experience living here. My neighbor's are kind and caring and we look out for one another. Management is understanding and nice. Apartment gets fixed right away when there is a problem. I love it here.
Monique the property manager. Is always on site. Very professional, respectful and beautiful. She is always on top of everything when requested. She makes living there a whole lot better. Monique thank you for everything you have done!
Property is run by a manager who is never here. She hired a leasing manager “part time” who is also NEVER here! When you have to make a complaint about disruptive, violent neighbors… management tells you there’s nothing they can do so you’ll have to call the cops. When you do and are physically assaulted by those said people, TPD tells you there’s nothing they can do even though they were shown evidence. I would give this a zero if I could. By far the worst place I've ever lived. Some residents may luck out and get a good building but some of the buildings are utterly infested with bed bugs and roaches. And the owner will not inform you if your neighbors have them, so when they eventually climb through the walls and infest your unit she'll blame you and make you pay for all the extermination.
