The rental office has gone thru 13 personals for management the maintenance are so slow it will take at least 4 months to come and fix whatever is needed to be done in the apartment don't even have a grill half of the time the washers and dryers don't even work and for the prices of the studio apartment are totally crazy and pretty much it's like a prison and what I mean is they have security Camara every where like I said like a prison so in my perspective it's not the place to live and also it has roaches every where
I have lived in these units a couple years back… it’s definitely a nice apartment complex and the management and owners they have now are great… very nice people…
I moved in to Desert Palms one year ago and just renewed my lease for another year! I love that it's small and that the neighbors look out for one other. It is gated, secure and there are cameras everywhere. I love that the washroom is opened 24 hours and they also have a small fenced dog park in the back. It is very quiet and you almost seem transported to another world once inside considering the location. Management is very accommodating and the rent is reasonable. Check it out if you're looking you won't regret it!
