Pesimo en cuanto a tramites no son claros y terminas perjudicado despues para entregar es lo mismo o inlcluso peor ya que de alguna manera u otra te haran pagar por sus desperfectos Recomiendo evitar el mal rato !
I just moved in. So quiet no loud neighbors. No issues with my apartment. My move in was easy no complications. Sabrina is amazing. She has been there every step of the way. Best part is it’s quiet.
Helping a friend find an apartment. We talked to four different rental agents in four days. They required high deposit and holding fee. Of $1000. They lied about the availability of the unit and tried to switch to dumpier upstairs unit. Now the won’t refund the holding fee even though the unit is not ready on the date of the contract. Dishonest and take advantage of people in need of a place to luve

I moved in to Desert Palms one year ago and just renewed my lease for another year! I love that it's small and that the neighbors look out for one other. It is gated, secure and there are cameras everywhere. I love that the washroom is opened 24 hours and they also have a small fenced dog park in the back. It is very quiet and you almost seem transported to another world once inside considering the location. Management is very accommodating and the rent is reasonable.
