When Dr. Lai and his NP were there it was amazing. They would get the tests ordered and approved quickly so I was not in pain for a long time. The new Doctor they have is a complete jerk and does not care about his patients. I have been waiting weeks to get a procedure done and no one's calls or answers. With Dr. Lai they would call and schedule quickly or at least return phone calls. That shows whoever is management is doing a crappy job too. Stay clear of here.
Have gone to Dr Lai for many years and have nothing but good to say about his treatments and techniques. He's definitely on a more advanced treatment level, doing more in the way of pain healing vs pain management.
The Desert pain specialist staff is truly the best! Particularly Becky she is always so thorough when handling my medication refills! Truly blessed to deal with a great staff that genuinely care for their patients
