Meaghan is very efficient. She’s also very overworked.
Dr Reinhart took the time to understand my medical issues, explained by options in detail and is helping me follow up on treatment options. Very professional and caring.
I am having a 5 stars because only Meghan and Vanessa are always great. It is not their problem. What the problem of is the long waiting of getting from front office. I am sorry that other people more pain than myself are having are 1 and half or two hours waiting for med check. It is something needs to change this waiting. It has stress for patients in pain and all working at office because too many appointments. Med check doesn’t have over 1 hours.
