Wonderful small business to do business with in the killing of bugs! They call to remind me they’re coming, I always get an invoice, they use a contractor’s box to enter my garage no problems, and they answer their own phones! Super easy to schedule, handle billing, etc. We haven’t had much of an issue with bugs since purchasing our home in August 2018. Used to be a good company until Terminix bought them. they now do NOT bill through escrow and didnt tell us. Come on people!

No longer Desert Pacific Exterminators. Got bought out by Terminex. No one bothered to call or send an email to warn us of the transition, just a random call at 8pm on a Sunday night by a Terminex guy who lives 90 minutes away asking for access to the property. Terminex didn't give anyone gate codes or access info, just dumped a bunch of jobs on exterminators in their network who knew nothing about the properties or ongoing treatment. Super disappointed in the transition and switching my service.

We've had a major roach problem at our Airbnb in Joshua Tree. We have a monthly service with Desert Pacific to have them come spray. Guess how often they make it? Less than 1 in 3 months. We have to call them to ask them to come out every time they miss service. & every time they miss - guest complaints about cockroaches like clockwork. They never call or email when they cannot make it. We keep our property sparkling clean! It's cleaned every 3rd day - this should not be an issue!!! Terrible terrible terrible service.
