Dr Shakir is a true rockstar! I took a violent fall on June 10, 2026 & broke my left patella into 4 pieces (most painful thing I've ever experienced!!). I was taken by ambulance to HonorHealth Shea & by the grace of God, Dr Shakir was on-call that day. I was discharged from the ER same day with an immobilizer on my left leg; I was scheduled for surgery 5 days later.
