I had been here twice and have an appointment next month. The front desk people are really friendly. My appointment don't last more than 15 minutes and I feel my concerns are not being addressed. Dont get me wrong, doctor had been really nice and professional but so far there has been no conversation about possible treatments to improve my eye issue. "I cannot recommend DESERT OPHTHALMOLOGY highly enough! My stepfather recently had an appointment here, and the level of care was simply outstanding. The entire team is super helpful, but a special shout-out goes to Josie, Tracy, and the amazing Jackie. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and informed. They charged me 180 dollars for doing absolutely nothing and won’t return my calls when i ask for clarification. I had an appointment with Dr. Goldban for my Diplopia (an issue i have already gone to them before, and they told me to wait a week on it then referred me to loma linda) (that was july) to finally get a prescription for prism glasses. Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible customer service. Even from the manager. They are terrible at returning calls. Constant headache dealing with them. Go anywhere else.
