Upstairs neighbor's roof collapsed due to excessive water damage. One apartment had mold so bad you could smell it from the outside. My apartment got mold and we were told to deal with it ourselves. Manager is effectively a wall, near impossible to get a response out of. On the one in a million chance he responds to he is rude and threatening to the tenants.
