I’m disappointed with how the appointment process works here. I was instructed to make an appointment online so I wouldn’t have to wait. However, when I arrived, I was told that they don’t actually go by appointment times — the online system is only used to check you in and verify insurance. Patients are still seen in the order they arrive, regardless of their scheduled time. If the online system is simply for pre-registration, that should be clearly communicated. They are way over the top when it comes to professional doctoring, I fractured my collar bone and felt it fracture, went to High Desert Hospital, four people in xray said it was not broken, went to Urgent Care the next week the pain was so bad, the doctor was shocked and had me feel the bone on top of bone and brought out my Xray, We couldn't believe that no one saw clearly that it was fractured. That hospital is the WORST!!!!! Also just had to have emergency surgery at High Desert and very unhappy with the doctor and end re... read more
