they are kicking many us to the curb for money. with HMO they get paid every month even if you don't go. And when you go they get month payment plus your co pay.
iam very thankful for all the kindness that is poured out from all the staff and nurses at desert oasis immediate care. they go above and beyond to make your experience the best it can be in your situation. iam very disappointed in the unprofessional way Dr paul addressed my medical needs when I came in . he suggested I was unaware of the way I was injured and suggested that it was self inflicted and not a cause of a medical condition I DO have. I have never been here. But would like Desert Oasis to have the contract for Kaiser. Avalon has poor service.
To the gal working the front desk last night around 4pm. I brought my daughter due to a scooter accident and her eye was cut and swollen. I did end up taking her to the ER ,but before we left you gave her a "Super Power" ice pack (and one for the road) Today she tells me it was THAT ice pack that made her feel all better (none of the ER icepacks held that kind of power :) ) <3 I can't thank you enough for your creativity and sweetness. Great place. Wasn't feeling well. Exceptional care, friendly staff, easy in, easy out, and the best Urgent care I have ever been too. I am impressed. Thank you ladies for fixing me up.
