Recommendedit's a great place to stay
This is a horrible place to live. The management is a complete joke. I put in work order for various things including needing a new back door because there was a break in attempt (never got done). The first night I lived there there was a plumbing issue which caused flooding throughout the entire apartment. Then shortly after a gas leaked was caused by an inexperienced maintenance person. Desert Oasis Community has gone through a lot of major renovations recently, and it's getting nicer all the time. My unit has new wood floor, a vanity in my bathroom, and a brand new stove. The thing I love the most is the walk in closet in my living room. There's so much storage space! Many of the units have backyards. My boyfriend, dog, and I really love ours! It takes my boyfriend less than 2 minutes to get to the NAWS China Lake Richmond gate from my front door.
