Terrible business. Employees are rude and condescending, which is surprising behavior for people whose paychecks come from your rent.
Realty 85 has an agent by the name of Brandon Hawes. Brandon was previously a bartender/restaurant manager that stole tens of thousands of dollars from his employer. He admitted it and agreed to restitution vs the authorities being notified but disappeared shortly after. They are lowest in the hood. When something goes wrong with apt. it's not done quick. I have been having a problem with upstairs noise. They had a water problem before I moved in and still they haven't fixed it right. Mold in the walls. U can hear the people upstairs so clear. I tell them over and over and they say they can't do anything. Washers take yr money. There is only 4 washers. Parking is crazy. Alot of homeless goes thru parking lot. They only have one trash Ben.
