Horrible experience they never answer the phone. They never follow up with you. The office staff is rude. Very dry almost like if you’re bothering them, Dr. Porter or her assistant never call you back. They always seem to be in a bad mood considering that they’re getting paid by the patients or the patient’s insurance. They’re not very friendly and not very helpful. Would not recommend this place at all unfortunately, I was stuck dealing with them because I would refer to them by my doctor, not by choice
Dr Porter failed at providing care and kept pushing me off I filed a grievance and as a result she got mad and discharged me from the practice and did not notify me as she was supposed to and provide care for the next 30 Days I would never recommend her a a Dr
Office staff is rude over the phone.
She wrote that I have ptsd on my medical record without a prior diagnosis and without doing any tests or questioning. She's not even a psychologist.
