Dr Porter (Neurologist) is amazing. Easy to talk to, listens/hears you - sees you, and incredibly knowledgeable. Funny with a great sense of humor. She is a rare find in a specialist these days. Highly recommend!
Terrible attitudes and I haven't had my first appointment! I just got my referral on Saturday. On Sunday I went on a cross country trip with family. I missed 2 calls from this office. They left two voice mails for me. The first one was to call them back to make my first appointment with them. This was on Monday. Yesterday I get the second message saying this is the second notice that we need to make an appointment with you! The tone of the women who left the message was very rude. Be aware that this office is set up to sell you into extra testing. Be sure to ask the dr what the tests are for and if it suits your concerns. I just wasted months of my life going to excessive tests that were of no help, which caused me a lot of pain and physical and mental trauma. Under the fear mongering guise of testing for a very concerning diagnosis. Horrible experience they never answer the phone. They never follow up with you. The office staff is rude. Very dry almost like if you’re bothering them, Dr. Porter or her assistant never call you back. They always seem to be in a bad mood considering that they’re getting paid by the patients or the patient’s insurance. They’re not very friendly and not very helpful. Would not recommend this place at all unfortunately, I was stuck dealing with them because I would refer to them by my doctor, not by choice
Dr Porter failed at providing care and kept pushing me off I filed a grievance and as a result she got mad and discharged me from the practice and did not notify me as she was supposed to and provide care for the next 30 Days I would never recommend her a a Dr
