Dr. Veerappan, is kind and understanding, he actually remembers you as an individual and not just from your chart. Front office staff is always helpful and makes appointments that are convenient. I once needed my records same day for another doctor and the staff was able to gather and print them for me in a very short amount of time. The only down side and the only reason im not giving 5 stars is that there is often a long wait in the waiting room... worth it... but time consumming.
They don't care even in emergency referral . I have Epilepsy so I called 2 weeks for basic Epilepsy medication. I can't play with not getting and missing doses because when no one answers seizures . They did decrease an important non narcotic for me not to seize in front of my kid .Answer the phone . I begged cried made a fool of myself begged beg . 1-Star Review for Desert Neurology I had a really bad experience with Desert Neurology. I was referred for a rush consultation by Intermountain health care emergency consultation, but it took over a month to even get an appointment because the office staff couldn’t find me in their system. They clearly didn’t know how to use their computers to pull up my referral, and no one seemed to know what was going on. I can't get through to anyone and I have yet to receive a call back in 2 months of trying to establish as a new Pt. I assume they must be permanently closed and I need to get a referral to another neurologist.
