In the shop for two hours, then finally got seated to have my feet done for someone to walk in and them take the other person over me as I sit in the water and my water got cold left horrible service
In my opinion they overcharge when you use a credit card. $3.00 fee to use a cc. .65 cents to use ATM. He offered for me to use their ATM. I didn’t want to use my debit card though. The tech did a good job though. I don’t think I will come back though. The salon was dirty & overpriced, $35 for a basic pedicure.. Hmm maybe I just haven’t had one in a while 🤷🏻♀️
Contracted fungus on both toe nails , I watched a tech (male ) use the same instruments on 4 people and when I confronted him he denied it …
Horrible service. Nail tech got mad because I asked her to fix the big toe on the right. She started nail clipping off the acrylic any type of way and filing off the nail polish. She didn’t want to fix my toes and left my toes all messed up with the acrylic all nailed up and nail polish spots on my toes and nobody else wanted to service me. When I asked to speak to the owner he said she doesn’t want to service you and didn’t try to fix it or have someone else fix it. Their customer service is extremely horrible.
No good work, supplies not clean and due not due good work on design their not clean
