EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. If you want to be frustrated by UNPROFESSIONAL staff this the place to go. The person doing the scheduling was the worst. I've never had a Doctor's office yell at me over the phone for asking questions. I was told tonfind another Dr. because she didn't like it when I raised my voice back at her. Can you imagine if that is how they treat you in the beginning, what is the Dr going to be like. Im glad I found out before I went there. Dont waste your time some place where apathy is their protocol.
Dr. Chavez and staff were all very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient! My whole experience went so smooth and uneventful…just like I wanted it to. Very minimal soreness. Thank you so much!
If I could give 10 starts I would!! Dr.Chavez and his team were amazing! I thought the procedure was going to be really awkward but the staff was extremely professional! Hopefully I don't need a vasectomy again! but if I did I would I would come right back to Dr.Chavez!!
Excellent experience start to finish. Doctor has fantastic bedside manner and my entire procedure was quick and comfortable. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful, and made what was otherwise a stressful experience as gentle as it could possibly be. Absolutely would recommend.
Dr. Chavez and his team were great and easy to work with. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me feel comfortable before and during my visit. My procedure was very comfortable and near painless. I recommend everyone with urology needs to use Dr. Chavez and his team if you want a great experience.
