Saw Dr. Chavez for an ongoing kidney stone. Left the visit expecting to have lithotripsy surgery scheduled. My insurance approved the procedure the next day. Two days after the appointment his PA called to say they were still waiting for a physical paper with the approval even though they had verbal approval. This was a Friday. Very smooth procedure and safe environment. Would highly recommend Dr. Chavez, very informative and definitely a professional in his field.
TRIED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BUT WAS TOLD NEEDED MEDICAL RECORDS FROM PREVIOUS DOCTOR. AFTER SENDING RECORDS WAS TOLD WASN'T TAKING ANY NEW PATIENTS. WHAT A WASTE OF A PERSONS TIME WHY DIDN'T THEY SAY THAT TO BEGIN WITH. I WOULDN'T WASTE MY TIME WITH THIS GUY, VERY UNPROFFESIONAL AND UN CARING FOR PEOPLES TIME. VERY DISSRESPECTFUL
