The office is very clean, bedroom was also clean. However, the bed was not comfortable but when I shared that with Pedro he told me it is a sleep number bed. We were able to get the bed to a relaxing number and I feel right to sleep. Unfortunately, I have not heard anything about my results. I had the test back in March 2025.
My doctor referred me to Desert Moon Sleep Lab for a sleep study after we discussed some sleep habits/issues I’ve had for about 30 years (always thought that I woke up several times a night because I was a light sleeper with a horrible snore, how could that be a medical issue??). People are kind, but to this day I have zero clue what my sleep study said (I had it early 2023). I was called to do titration, no one told me I had sleep apnea until that appointment scheduling. Afterwards, nothing from the sleep doctor. I don't even know how many events/hr I had. On top of this, I requested my sleep study be faxed to another doctor.
