My doctor referred me to Desert Moon Sleep Lab for a sleep study after we discussed some sleep habits/issues I’ve had for about 30 years (always thought that I woke up several times a night because I was a light sleeper with a horrible snore, how could that be a medical issue??). People are kind, but to this day I have zero clue what my sleep study said (I had it early 2023). I was called to do titration, no one told me I had sleep apnea until that appointment scheduling. Afterwards, nothing from the sleep doctor. I don't even know how many events/hr I had. On top of this, I requested my sleep study be faxed to another doctor. Gave it three weeks, asked my doctor if they had gotten it, NOPE. I had to call them again, and then after a day or so my doctor got it. Additionally, the beds are horrendous t... read more
