**Update - stopped in to see how everything was going since the neighborhood is almost built out. Jan was just as amazing as ever! All the staff is great, but we spoke directly with Jan the most. She is so knowledgeable and friendly. The location of this neighborhood is fantastic, it's close to all of the shopping in Buckeye, Youngker High School is right down the road and is an A rated school, with close by K-8.
Nice designs but the material of these houses are not it. Walls are so thin you can hear everything from outside. The walls have two different types of paint, outside as well. Walls are so fragile as well, if you touch it a bit too hard you make a dent.
This is such a great community, with so many amenities! D.R. Horton builds some beautiful homes.
I've worked for a lot of builders in the past and have been with D R Horton going on 19 years now it's been a great experience watching people get their dream home, it's even a greater compliment when they come back to me and buy another DR Horton home they loved the first one so much!
