I sold the Dove floor plan to my awesome clients and the process was smooth. I appreciate David Chesley being a great sales agent and helping get my clients get a great deal on their home. Shoutout to their Construction managers as well for making sure that the pre closing walkthrough was taken care of and my clients felt like their home was truly move in ready!

DR Horton is a shady builder will sell off your mortgage to another company that can add over $1,000 worth of extra fees to your mortgage do not trust these builders not only is their quality less than subpar they are manipulative and need to be investigated, there's already a class action lawsuit against them, if you bought a house from them look into it, they've done this to everybody they sold a house to
