After almost 10 years of being here, I don't like it but I can't afford to move.People are rude and they ignore you! And they're thieves, half, a dozen times or more. I've had deliveries and they haven't been delivered to me. They've been delivered to another trailer. I had a frustrating experience with Desert Mobile Home Park. The main office doesn’t open until 3 PM, which is unusually late. When I returned at the posted time, I waited until 3:35 PM without any assistance and had to leave a voicemail before getting a response. The lot rent is $720, which doesn’t include water, sewer, or trash—making it less affordable than it initially seems.
