Once again rhe maintenance crew, Rich, respond in record time. My air conditioning system went out in less than 24 hours adeessed! The office staff, Kim manager, also went above the norm! Thank you to all maintenance crew and office team!
Had put in 2 maintenance requests late at night, the following morning early Richard was making an appointment to come resolve both issues, He went above and beyond to help. Appreciate the quick response and quick resolution of both issues!
I recently moved out after living at Desert Mirage for 3 years. The apartment was nice and clean, with mature trees and landscaping throughout the complex. The neighbors were friendly, and the management did an excellent job of maintaining the property. They effectively communicated any concerns or issues to the residents. Richard and his team were always professional and addressed maintenance issues promptly. I'm glad I chose Desert Mirage as my home.
Desert Mirage is one of the worst apartments I ever had the displeasure of renting. Prior to moving in the water heater burst in the exterior closest. Maintenance only replaced the water heater but did not remove any drywall material from the space and had to fight to get them to complete the necessary work. 1 week later I found black mold and water damage behind all of the kitchen cabinets.
