In the last month, I had many repairs and maintenance work. I did the maintenace request through the page. All the request were fixed the next day after posting them. It's been a very good service. Kudos to the maintenance team.
Lived here since 2011. Great place to live and Management is excellent. Maintenance is always prompt and fixes things correctly the first time. If necessary they will replace things quickly with little to no wait time. Thank you team!
I lived at this complex for 16 months and it was wonderful. My previous apartment was awful, so moving here was such a relief. The management is amazing-- they do not take any BS! They have high standards that they expect tenants to live up to, which I can appreciate. The complex is kept clean and the landscaping is nicely maintained. I’ve lived at Desert Mirage for about 6 years now, and honestly, it’s one of the best apartment complexes I’ve been in. The manager, Kim Cooper, runs things really well but is also super kind and respectful to everyone. She’s always trying to keep the community active and brings in fun things for both adults and kids to enjoy. The maintenance crew is awesome too.
