When we first moved here I enjoyed the apartment and the management but when we moved out they charged us a absurd amount for what they supposedly needed to fix, they charged us 500$ for the bathtub even though we did nothing wrong to it, when we first moved into the apartment the paint wasn’t even properly done but they will charge you for everything there even though it’s their fault for don’t doing a good job before someone moves in, we cleaned very good before we moved out and just charged us for every little thing! My Fiance and I LOVE this complex, really fits our needs and wants! Sierra is a great assistant manager here and really makes sure we are taken care of!
Everyone was friendly and nice. A great vibe, clean, great apartments, maintenance is on it, valet has great service. The location is great. I have no complaints.
In the last month, I had many repairs and maintenance work. I did the maintenace request through the page. All the request were fixed the next day after posting them. It's been a very good service. Kudos to the maintenance team.
