I recently moved out after living at Desert Mirage for 3 years. The apartment was nice and clean, with mature trees and landscaping throughout the complex. The neighbors were friendly, and the management did an excellent job of maintaining the property. They effectively communicated any concerns or issues to the residents. Richard and his team were always professional and addressed maintenance issues promptly. I'm glad I chose Desert Mirage as my home.
Desert Mirage is one of the worst apartments I ever had the displeasure of renting. Prior to moving in the water heater burst in the exterior closest. Maintenance only replaced the water heater but did not remove any drywall material from the space and had to fight to get them to complete the necessary work. 1 week later I found black mold and water damage behind all of the kitchen cabinets. Maintenance advised they will fix the leak and remove the drywall but they will be putting the cabinets back in afterwards which would ... read more

I’ve lived at this property for six years and never had any major issues—until Avenue 5 took over. Unfortunately, the experience has gone downhill, largely due to the current Property Manager Kim C., who has consistently been rude and unhelpful. I’ve had several unpleasant encounters with her, and honestly, I’d rate the apartments higher if she weren’t involved.
