Dr. Cosgrove is very nice, and is not pushy at all when it comes to treatments. I had an IPL treatment so far and was very happy with her and how she helped ease my fear of pain (ended up not painful at all). The girls at the front desk are really nice too and answer all of my billion questions. I will definitely continue going there and can't wait to get my consultation with Kristy next to start facial treatments.
