Every visit I have had at this office has been an exceptional experience. The staff gets to know you and it's is so nice to feel remembered. Each one of the technologists are thorough with their ultrasound scans and tell you what it is they're measuring so you're not left wondering what you're looking at. Dr. Lupe Garcia-Herrera is kind and answers all your questions and concerns; she is also quite thorough in her clinical care and makes sure that her patients get the best care. I have had no negative experiences here.
Extremely Disappointed and Heartbroken I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Maternal-Fetal Medicine. At this point, I am angry, heartbroken, and questioning whether I was truly given the information I needed to make the safest decision for my baby. I was told that I had Anti-K antibodies and gestational diabetes, and that these factors could cause my baby to become too large to safely monitor if I went to full term. We had such an amazing experience with Elizabeth, our ultrasound tech, and Dr. Herrera Garcia. I truly can’t say enough good things about both of them. Elizabeth was so friendly, patient, and kind. She was so easy to connect and chat with, and she was incredibly reassuring throughout the ultrasound. She made us feel comfortable and cared for, and we never felt rushed.
