Quick and helpful customer service! Moved in to a property four months ago and the last renters did not maintain the home at all! With that said, Kim has been very helpful to repair ALL issues in a timely manner and fixed as many issues (that where visible) before I moved in. I moved states and needed a home asap and Kim made sure the home was ready in my very short time frame. Thank you Kim, you have been extremely helpful and understanding in my circumstances.
They give you no information or updates on your application. Basically took $100 in application fees and forgot about us. We specifically asked for an update 5 days after after we had applied bc we are expecting a baby and needed to know if we should keep looking. Horrible customer service in my opinion.
We've been living in a home managed by Desert Masters Realty for over 6 years. We're finally purchasing our own home and will be moving out. We've had such a great experience in this rental, I felt I should leave a review. Issues are handled quickly and efficiently and questions are answered promptly. We consider ourselves "desirable tenants" as we pay rent on time and take excellent care of our homes.
