I reported a valid complaint about a violation of our HOA rules. Our property manager replied in a very rude and dismissive way. I wish they would tell their employees where their paychecks come from. It is from property owners like me who pay our HOA dues every month. They could try to fake caring about our concerns or at least not be rude to us. I will try to get our HOA to dump Desert Management after this incident.
Horrible, poor excuse for a property manager who handles Sandstone Villas. She is rude, pugnacious, unprofessional and thinks she's faultless. She has caused more headache arguing an issue where Desert Management was in error than in correcting the issue. She raises her voice when calmly being talked to then plays the victim. Again, poor excuse for a property manager who is there to assist and manage a property not cause additional headache.
