I find DLM to be very attentive to all my needs as a part time AZ property owner. I could not be happier.
Terrible property management if you’re not a full time resident. Could not count on them for weekly house visits and when plumber damaged my master bath countertop during a repair, they tried to deny responsibility. My advice is to go elsewhere!!
I work for an insurance company and needed to meet with someone from DLM in order to complete an appraisal on a home for my insured. I coordinated with Charlene who was kind and prompt in getting someone out to meet me. I met with Mary and she was so knowledgeable about the home, about the owner’s preferences and it was clear she took great pride in her work. From an insurance perspective, it gave me so much peace of mind knowing this multi million dollar home was being so well taken care of while the owner was away.
