I work for an insurance company and needed to meet with someone from DLM in order to complete an appraisal on a home for my insured. I coordinated with Charlene who was kind and prompt in getting someone out to meet me. I met with Mary and she was so knowledgeable about the home, about the owner’s preferences and it was clear she took great pride in her work. From an insurance perspective, it gave me so much peace of mind knowing this multi million dollar home was being so well taken care of while the owner was away.
Generally poor service when their personal cannot see flooding.
I called to report one of your drivers who was driving van 1 on 10/4/2021 in North Scottsdale towards Rio Verde at around 5:30 PM. Extremely rude, cut myself and several other drivers off while driving incredibly aggressively. I would hesitate to put your business logo on a car that is driven by someone as unprofessional as this person was. Furthermore, based on other reviews, it seems to be a matter of time before your company is involved in an auto accident.
We’ve used Desert Lifestyle Management for over 10 years and 2 homes in AZ. They are great people to work with and take care of your home while you’re away!
These people drive very dangerously. We just got cut off merging onto the 101 from the 17 by one of your drivers who decided to drive around us in a single lane, driving on the shoulder. Think about the way you drive when you’re in a work truck because it reflects poorly on you and your company. I wouldn’t trust a company that I know drives dangerously and rudely in bumper to bumper traffic.
