Barrett and Staff have always been reliable and pleasant. I appreciate their proactive approach to protecting my home while I’m away. More than once their inspections have caught problems before they became severe issues. They are always welcome in my house! I consider them knowledgeable friends.
I find DLM to be very attentive to all my needs as a part time AZ property owner. I could not be happier.
Terrible property management if you’re not a full time resident. Could not count on them for weekly house visits and when plumber damaged my master bath countertop during a repair, they tried to deny responsibility. My advice is to go elsewhere!!
