We contracted with Louie M******** of Desert Landscaping to remove tile and replace with pavers and add rock to landscaping in back yard. He did finish this albeit he never showed up when he said he would and did an ok job. In the front we had him replace curbing which he contracted out and they did a great job. This is where he does the bait and switch. We also contracted him to put stone on our pergola in the back yard. We paid him $1417.40 to purchase the rock which he told us would take a while to get.
