Probably the worst hearing place in the high desert and that is strictly because the person who runs the place, Denise, has no business being in customer service let alone working with senior citizens. My mother in law went in for an audio test and it was determined she needed hearing aids. She got the hearing aids and they were very painful for her so we went back and Denise acted like it was a huge inconvenience to even help her and even insulted my mother in law when she was explaining the issue she was having.
