I waited 7 months to see Dr. Batarse. Expectations were not high, just because it is so limited on physicians in the desert and I have been very disappointed in the past. To my surprise Dr Batarse is now one of my favorite Dr's. His compassion and not judgey attitude had me within the first 2 minutes. He took 30 minutes to look through my records from previous physicians and asked questions and answered all my questions. Took my mom as a new patient,the staff were very welcoming,friendly and went out their way. It was a pleasure especially as a new patient.
From beginning to end the staff was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions correctly and professionally Dr Rodolfo R. Batarse, M. D., F. A. S. N. Very patiently explain my blood in UA test results and gave me a special project to do at home until my next appointment (blood pressure readings morning, noon, and night).
Finding Dr. Batarse has truly been one of the best things that’s happened to me! He is by far one of the most kind, caring, knowledgeable nephrologists I’ve ever met. He genuinely cares about your health and overall well-being, always going above and beyond to help. I’m forever grateful to have found him. Several of my family members are now seeing him too! And I can’t forget his amazing office staff… those ladies are just as kind, helpful, and dedicated as he is. The whole team is simply exceptional!
