I did a ton of research, looking at all manufactures, models, and warranties, also how established the manufacture is. And hands-down, across-the-board Was Hot Springs I paid a little bit more, but I’d rather have the best Then regret saving a little, and possibly having issues and not be happy down the road. We have had our hot tub for about a month. We love it! Jeff was excellent with the whole process of buying a hot tub. He was not pushy and respected having a budget. He answered all questions and has been there every step even after delivery. We ended up buying the hot springs grandee hot tub with fresh salt water and have no complaints at all. Worked with Jeff, he helped my wife pick out the best hot tub for our needs. The crew that removed the old hot tub and installed the new one were fantastic. Showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. Their electrician is great as well. He came out and rewired our existing outlet and set us up for the new hot tub. I would highly recommend Desert Hot Tubs.

This horrendous place I just witnessed them cleaning out there wooded area and seen this homeless boy with his dog digging in the dumpster to gather what was trashed of his, blankets to stay warm it's getting colder outside, tablet for job searching and to keep in touch with his family, dog food, Food, Dog jackets to keep his dog warm, Dog medication and food that the boy had eats when he has nothing else. Service was good and the delivery was easily done. Now working on the details with warranty and future service. Jeff Geffre was knowledgeable and friendly. He got us setup quickly and showed lots of patience throughout the process.
