On November 23, 2019, we purchased a Luxe Tuscan Spa from Sunset Spas and since then we have had issues, which for whatever reason have taken months to resolve and repair leaving us without a spa while you try to figure it out. Last October, our spa was reported to the warranty company to repair the jets that were not turning. We reported it in the beginning of October. Had a wonderful experience owning a Vita Spa and purchasing it from Sunrise Spas. Pete, Forrest, and Brandon have been very helpful from the start from answering all my questions related to spa ownership and maintenance before, during and after the whole process was done. Have had the spa for 10 months now without any issues at all. I highly recommend you stop by their showroom or reach out. Their staff is very personable and knowledgable with anything related to hot tub operation.
Been working with Kris. We have wet tested now for several weeks and have found the product line that is carried is the best. The jets on the mid line tubs are the strongest and the water quality is amazing! Start here if you want the best hot tub for the money.
I live in Tucson. I found a great hot tub that met my needs and they were able to prepare it for me and get it transported and set up at my home. The process was flawless. They took care of everything. It was as described. They were punctual. They were reliable and provided great start up service
