Have had a nightmare with a local company, I got a referral to come to Chandler hot tubs. I arrived at 245 during open business hours to see a hand written sign on the door be back st 3:30. I've now waited till 4:10 and hour an half during open business hours. Bad news for them I'm hear to actually buy one. Good news for me the wasted time is all I'll be wasting on this company. Searching for the most appropriate & needed hot tub....
One the of best buying experiences I have ever had. I researched different spas for a year, and went to this location three times before pulling the trigger. I just wish I had done it sooner. I worked with Shayne and he was extremely knowledgeable, no pressure at all and was coordinated all the sub-contractor work (Pergola and concrete) for us as well.
