We bought 3 large palm trees on Nov 21. We paid for delivery and planting. On Jan 2 we received a call from them that they were too big for them to handle and we needed to rent a crane. The man was very rude. Very disappointed in this place. Terrible way to treat a customer!
I recently purchased four trees for my backyard and paid approximately $2,300 with delivery and planting fees, included. The week before delivery was scheduled I called the shop to inquire about stump removal, as 2 of the trees were replacing existing citrus trees. The helpful employee informed me that the guys could “auger” out the stump, as long as I removed the trunk, “no problem.” When the delivery team arrived, I was informed that I needed to remove the stumps myself, which could not be done by me right then. Very friendly staff, put water out for me and the others canines also got a huge treat cookie from the nusery Boss.
Awesome inventory of plants as well as clay pots. The staff was very helpful, and Pasha loved the attention of staff and customers alike.
