My initial rating would be a 1 due to the rudeness of Shannon (an employee up front at this location), but it would be a 5 for the incredible helpfulness of Jeanine who took a great deal of time listening to our needs and helping us find exactly what we wanted. Upon my arrival, Shannon couldn't help (which is okay), but she was incredibly rude in her approach. All I can say is do NOT but any expensive trees here. I spent over $1,500 on some, and had them plant them solely for the warranty. Some did well, and the 24" purple leaf plum looked bad - here is the time line: Planted on 5/15/17, I noticed that the crew only dug a hole large enough to slide the 24" tree in. (I was taught to dig a hole twice as big as the box). Called on the 22nd to speak to Jessica (since she was the sales person), and was told that she would not be in until Wednesday.
