The staff here is simply amazing - always friendly, helpful, and quick to address any concerns or issues that may arise. I'm giving 5 stars specifically to the Maintenance Team. I've lived in a number of complexes in Phoenix in new/old units and this Team is by far the best and most professional. We have an older unit, so expected to have some things worked on, and the team here has always provided timely and exceptional service. I put in work orders and the problems are fixed promptly, sometimes in a matter of a couple hours after submitting my request. I lived here from January 2021 to March 2022. Coming from Los Angeles I felt the rent was reasonable for our 3 bedroom apartment, but our initial lease was less than a year and we dealt with one rent increase before finally leaving in March after another, more unreasonable rent increase. I wish I could give my experience living here more stars because there were positives. The neighborhood is peaceful, the landscaping is thoughtful and the neighbors were friendly. Beware that leasing office associates will tell while signing lease it's old one and not upgraded minor damages already present and when we move out not much fee will be charged. But after 3years being same apartment while move out they charge for all minor issues which could you have fixed by own/service request or already present before moving in. Careless assistance, they will say will call back and no one will return call to discuss further on fees charged. Same cost you could find better spacious apartments around. I ha... read more
