Looking for a place for my parents to stay for a year while they look for a new house to buy. I haven't had to look at apartments in over 15 years so a few things about the process was new to me. At first, this complex on bottom of the list due to mixed reviews however, its now on the top of my list after I went on a tour and saw that the facility and staff were actually nice. The guy Teddy helped to ease my concerns and answered all of the questions I had for my parents and I.
I had a good experience, a smooth process a very great experience with the people. I just hope I don’t have to deal with these reviews. Other people are saying about roaches.
Amy created the best experience I’ve ever had with customer service from the start she was communicated responsive and let me know everything she needed along the way she was honest the whole way which is very much appreciated I’m so glad that I found Amy because she really saved my life at this moment I was homeless but she gave me a chance and for that I’ll forever be grateful Amy thank you so much again you have no idea how much this means to have a place to call home I love my new apartment the price is very affordable a... read more
Katelyn was the best … I liked the 3 bedroom . She showed me after I wasn’t feeling the 2 bedroom.. That extra mile won me over.
